Manager/Assistant Manager - Human Resources And Admin (Property Developer)We are seeking an experienced Manager/Assistant Manager for our Human Resources and Administration department in a property development company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Developing, implementing, and managing HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with company standards and goals.
Ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws and government regulations.
Reviewing and updating HR policies regularly to maintain compliance with evolving legal requirements.
Overseeing the entire recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting background checks.
Managing workforce planning and recruitment to ensure the company has the required talent.
Applying for work permits, employment passes, and related documents for expatriates/foreign workers.
Overseeing payroll processes for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Administering employee benefits, KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and ensuring correct deductions and timely submission.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
Designing and implementing employee training and development programs within the organization.
Fostering employee engagement and organizing learning and development initiatives tailored to company needs.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and data protection regulations.
Managing disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in adherence to labour laws.
Preparing and presenting HR reports to management, including updates on employee status, recruitment, performance, and compliance.
Administering office-related needs, such as office supplies and renewals of office licenses.
Handling ad-hoc HR tasks or other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Collaborating with external partners, including government agencies, legal advisors, and vendors for HR-related needs.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:
Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant Business Degree.
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
Discreet, proactive, meticulous, and responsible.
