Manager, Business Development (Property Development)

Manager, Business Development (Property Development)Work closely with the CEO/GM on acquisition and joint venture transactions.
Support in land development planning and provide input on land related matters throughout the cycle of the project.
Manage land matters including land title management and interim progress management.
Conduct feasibility and market studies for land and investment asset acquisitions, which include financial modelling and analysis.
Develop strategies and positioning in line with company strategies and operations; examining risks and advantages.
Provide technical advice or support in all authority liaison matters.
Prepare working papers, letters, documents, plans, presentation materials and other relevant correspondences.
Perform feasibility studies/evaluation of potential land which includes financial, market, and economic studies and new project evaluation.
Any other assignment as and when is required.
RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Degree/Higher Diploma in Real Estate/Valuation/Finance/Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
At least 5 years of working experience in property development, sales & marketing/related industries is required for this position.
Proven track record in land acquisition, capital market transactions, managing high-end & high-rise projects or mixed developments.
