Manager, Business Facilitation (BF) The Manager of Business Facilitation (BF) builds relationships between JPDC headquarters, state government, and stakeholders while facilitating networking and partnerships. Responsibilities include problem-solving, developing best practices, maintaining communication with authorities, overseeing the PIPC Business Forum Secretariat, collaborating with investors on their progress, assisting with licensing and permits, resolving investment-related issues, and updating information in the BF database.
Key Responsibilities 1. Build, manage and strengthen relationships between JPDC headquarters, State Government, and stakeholders (i.e., government agencies, local authorities and investors).
2. Facilitate networking, partnerships and or collaborations between stakeholders.
3. Identify, develop, coordinate, and implement necessary actions required for problem solving.
4. Identify best practices, common standard and successful strategies and develop them into action plans.
5. Good liaison with authority bodies and keep abreast with the latest guidelines.
6. In-charge for PIPC Business Forum Secretariat
7. Responsible to establish and maintain relationship with relevant government agencies to gain cooperation and support as well as facilitate information and intelligence gathering.
8. To closely collaborate with investors and facilitate their investment progress.
9. To assist investors' licensing/ permits application/ approvals processes.
10. To perform problem solving to issues arising from investment processes and investors' reported issues
11. To ensure information and queries from investors and stakeholders been updated in BS database.
12. To ensure structured of response and documentation received for all queries received from investors and stakeholders.
Manager, Business Marketing (BM) The Manager of Business Marketing (BM) oversees the division's KPIs and identifies industry trends to support the Investor Management Department. This role includes conducting analyses and feasibility studies across various sectors, particularly oil and gas, to inform strategic recommendations. The manager stays updated on government policies, provides insights for industry expansion, maintains the Business Marketing Database, conducts market studies, and develops marketing strategies while fostering a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities 1. Responsible to monitor and supervise the Business Marketing division on tasks and KPI's deliverables.
2. Identify the industry's nature, opportunities, and latest requirements as basis of information that relates to PIPC and deliver the deliverables for Investor Management Department's program and task.
3. Perform analysis and feasibility study on the identified industries, opportunities, and latest requirements and prepare recommendations to Head of Investor Management on the next steps and wat forward.
4. The analysis and feasibility study performed shall not be limited to oil & gas downstream only however it has to minimally covered deep analysis on economic climate, investment appetite, business environment and trade policy of targeted companies / countries for strategy development and planning purposes in achieving Investor Management Department KPI and deliverables.
5. Responsible to well verse and keep updated in government policies that relate to PIPC nature.
6. The analysis and feasibility study performed also shall include comprehensive perspective from various angles that served Investor Management Department deliverables i.e local and global economy, global market,
7. The analysis shall be able to provide in-depth, commercial insight relating to the oil and gas industry with an emphasis on analytical interpretation and align with PIPC plan. It also has to contribute towards the development of appropriate strategic plans for sector/ subsector to facilitate expansion of industries or investment interests in PIPC.
8. Responsible to provide planning and strategy, maintain and update Investor Management (IM) Business Marketing Database.
9. To perform other relevant market study, background check, research, and maintenance of Investor Management (IM) Business Marketing Database in a timely manner.
10. Prepare business marketing, approach and strategy based on the agreed recommendation for Head of Investor Management.
11. Establish and maintain high performing team and serve as project advocate within organization.
