To instruct, lead, supervise and monitor contractors to meet proposed schedules.
To study drawings, ensuring specification compliance with design works executed and site conditions are in compliance with project requirements.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
To ensure all drafts and CAD drawings are prepared in accordance with requirements and specifications.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on all site technical matters, e.g., timely issuance of construction drawings, follow up on drawings, amendments, and site meetings.
Company accommodation will be provided.
REQUIREMENTSCandidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity is required for this position.
Registered with BEM, IEM & CIDB.
Experienced in AutoCAD, civil, structural & architectural works.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
Willing to travel around Sabah and Sarawak.
