This person will play a crucial role in analyzing customer data, generating insights, and driving customer-centric strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of analytics, data interpretation, and a passion for understanding customer behavior.Data Analysis and Interpretation:Prepare, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights related to stakeholders' behavior and preferences.Stakeholder Segmentation:Develop and implement the segmentation frameworks to better understand and target.Reporting and Visualization:Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.Stakeholders Funnel Management:Analyze sell and purchase journeys throughout the funnel and identify key touchpoints to enhance the experience and satisfaction.Predictive Modeling:Develop predictive models to forecast sell and purchase behavior, identify potential risks, and recommend proactive strategies.Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product development, agency development, data and customer service teams to provide actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.Market Research:Assist in conducting and reviewing market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Data Management:Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices for data collection, storage, and analysis.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.We provide equality of opportunity of benefits for all who apply and who perform work for our organisation irrespective of sex, race, age, ethnic origin, educational, social and cultural background, marital status, pregnancy and maternity, religion or belief, disability or part-time/fixed-term work, or any other status protected by applicable law.
