Job Responsibilities• Will be responsible for building relationship with the customers and tracking their MS S/W license purchases
• Will be responsible for outbound calls on Database allocated as per set targets
• Will be responsible for profiling the Organization on certain Parameters and identifying S/W license status
• Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the client's products,
license/services offerings, and software compliance in messages to customers
• Responsible for conducting internet search to find alternate number on un-profiled accounts
• Connect with the RPC and execute the program requirements
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets allocated
