Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, showcasing campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations for future digital marketing initiatives Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok).
Extensive experience with digital marketing tools and software, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytics and advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and implement strategies that improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams, and driving collaborative efforts across departments.
Solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning for digital marketing initiatives, demonstrating the ability to optimize spend and maximize results.
