Job Descriptions:
-To initiate and execute new market initiative, product development and reports.
-Identify inter-department operation issues and work on the improvement.
-Enhance, develop, and grow the e-money product portfolio to ensure competitiveness and sustainability of the card products.
-Manage and ensure product enhancement of new product initiatives. Project/ campaigns are implemented on a timely basis.
-To prepare and raise necessary APP workflow in timely manner.
-To revert Legal, Audit Risk, Compliance and Business Process Report by agreed timeline.
-To ensure daily/monthly/yearly reports {department/division) are submitted in timely manner.
-Work closely with the marketing section to plan on new activities to increase the member base and retain existing customers.
-Plan on recruitment campaign to on-board customer and existing members to achieve the target.
-To provide product training to internal/external sales team to increase sales staff product knowledge.

; Requirements:- Job Requirements:
-Degree/ Diploma/Advanced Diploma in any field.
-Minimum 5-10 years of working experience preferably in Sales and Marketing Department, business development product communication or any related field.
-Knowledgeable and experience in Emoney, Wallet and marketing tactics.
-Well verse in BNM Emoney and Wallet compliance, rules and requirement.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both verbal and written
-Strong problem- solving skills.
-Possess excellent marketing and reporting skills, creative, analytical and self-motivated.
-Receptive to ideas/opinions, team players and able to instill positive thinking to others.
-Creative and innovative in designing new products/communication in line with latest information technologies.
