Job Summary :He/She will need to manage the implementation of HR strategic/tactical initiatives and align to Group HR strategies with Business Unit/country-level operations in order to achieve business results. General Responsibilities : Manage HR departmental operating targets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable Execute/manage management team's decisions on short-/long-term HR initiatives in line with company's business direction Drive implementation of tactical day-to-day HR processes across business operations Drive recruiting planning strategies (e.g. forecasting, short-/medium-term manpower requirements, etc.) to align with, and meet, business demands and HR cost control Develop/review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition strategies Execute initiatives on organization design changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Execute performance management activities and provide feedback on performance improvements opportunities Propose market-driven/benchmark compensation decisions to drive employee performance, engagement and retention Execute short-/long-term company-wide training and development strategies to cater for development needs Manage deployment of HR services delivery, systems and work tools utilization to streamline work processes across functions in efficient and scalable manner Prepare periodical reports to provide validated HR metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions Drive, together with line manager, employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance, retention and training environments Execute change management initiatives across the organization Leadership Responsibilities : Manage and oversee team's delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of HR Business Partnering and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goals Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of HR Business Partnering and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning Functional Skills & Knowledge : At least 6 years of working experience as a HR Business Partner. Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing HR strategies/initiatives to achieve business goals with tangible HR metrics Demonstrate understanding of the business, its levers for growth, its change dynamics and critical success factors Demonstrate experience in analyzing complex data, understand business implications and make recommendations to the management team Demonstrate experience and knowledge in both strategic and tactical HR core functions Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Demonstrate proficiency in SAP, Successfactors, PowerBI, etc Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken) Exposure in Technology, Engineering, Semi-conductor industries will be an added advantage Education : Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development/Behavior, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, Business Administration or similar related discipline preferred #LI-MM1
