Manager, HR Business Partnering (Supply Chain Management)Partner with the Associate Director, HRBP and Head of Business Units, in managing all the local management team matters, while working with line managers and supervisors to provide HR guidance and strategic solutions.
Understand the business, its levers for growth, its change dynamics and critical success factors.
Drive and deliver recruitment planning strategies (e.g. forecasting, short-/medium-term resourcing requirements etc.) to align with, and meet, business demands and cost control.
Develop and review talent management for mission critical roles and develop talent and career pathways for retention.
Design and execute initiatives on organization design to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive and collaborate together with management and line managers and supervisors on all employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance and retention.
Drive and manage learning and development, personal development plans.
Lead performance management activities and create a culture of high performing teams.
Execute change management initiatives across the organization.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or in any related field, with at least minimum 8 years of solid working experience in end to end HR business partnering. Experience in Logistic / Supply Chain / Manufacturing in Consumer Goods or Healthcare industries and larger multinational companies will be an added advantage.
Well-versed in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to achieve business goals with tangible HR metrics.
High degree of emotional intelligence, able to work with diverse cultures, multiple levels of stakeholders and within a matrixed environment.
Ability to analyze complex data, understand business implications and make recommendations to the management team.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in both strategic and tactical HR core functions.
Able to demonstrate full depth understanding of the business, its levers for growth, its change dynamics and critical success factors.
Excellent in English communication (speaking and writing) and interpersonal skills as one will need to focus on stakeholder management and building strong relationships with the business.
Proficient in SAP, SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office applications.
Must be a self-driven and self-motivated person, resourceful, fast learner, pro-active, committed, adaptable, team player with strong attention to detail, and a powerful collaborator.
Must be willing to work in our Supply Chain Distribution Center Office in Section 26, Hicom Shah Alam and travel as needed to HQ-The Ascent, Petaling Jaya.
