Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are preferred.
Experience:5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, venture capital, private equity, or a related field, with demonstrated success in deal origination and project management.
Proven experience with Initial Exchange Offerings (IEOs), Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), or other forms of digital fundraising platforms is highly desirable.
Strong background in managing client relationships, leading teams, and executing complex transactions end-to-end.
Skill and Competencies:Deal Origination and Structuring:Ability to identify, evaluate, and structure attractive investment deals, aligning them with market trends and platform standards.
Leadership and Team Management:Proven experience in team leadership, recruitment, and performance management, with a focus on creating a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Project Management:Strong project management skills to ensure smooth end-to-end processing of IEOs, including compliance, documentation, and distribution.
Client Relationship Management:Excellent relationship-building skills with experience acting as a primary client contact, managing issuer expectations, and enhancing client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Financial and Market Analysis:Strong analytical skills, including the ability to assess financial information, market dynamics, and regulatory changes, and provide strategic recommendations.
Communication and Collaboration:Exceptional communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams (legal, compliance, technical, marketing) and external stakeholders.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking:Proficient in conducting market analysis, tracking competitor activities, and identifying regulatory impacts, contributing to the strategic direction of the platform.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and offer solutions that align with the platform's strategic goals.
Professionalism and Integrity:High level of professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality, ethical standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Strong attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
Key Responsibilities:Deal Origination:
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential issuers for IEO listings.
Evaluate the viability and alignment of potential projects with platform standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to structure attractive deals that align with trends.
Processing & Distribution:
Lead the end-to-end processing of IEOs, coordinating with legal, compliance, and technical and marketing teams.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation, compliance checks, and due diligence.
Manage the communication flow between internal stakeholders and issuers during the processing phase.
Work with marketing and sales for successful distribution.
Act as the primary point of contact for issuers, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs.
Monitor and enhance the overall client experience, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with issuers throughout the IEO lifecycle.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Contribute to the development and refinement of the platform's strategy based on market insights.
Issuer Team Leadership, Formation and Management:
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering innovation and collaboration for professional development.
Team Formation: Drive recruitment, identifying top talent for a dynamic, diverse team focused on creativity.
