ResponsibilitiesLead and monitor IT project management including implementation schedule and delivery, issues tracking, etc.
Participate in vendor selection and provide recommendations if any.
Responsible for vendor management such as ensuring agreements/service level agreements are in place, tracking of issues until closing, monitoring, and evaluating vendor performance.
Provide first level support to users on IT related matters and vendor support systems.
Escalate IT related issues to respective internal and/or external parties, i.e., HLIB-ITD, GITI, Group IT Security, and software vendors.
Prepare IT yearly budget and proposal paper.
Liaise with vendors, tracking and monitoring outstanding issues.
Create ad hoc reports upon request from users.
Plan and schedule Business Continuity Plan (BCP)/Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) testing.
Liaise and provide the required documents to the internal and external auditors.
Provide information/report/listing for requests from regulators that require assistance from ITBS.
Perform annual review on IT security policy and procedures for company-wide adoption.
Job RequirementsPossess Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in fund management industry.
Fundamental knowledge in IT management.
Possess any IT related certifications will be a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
