Responsibilities: Oversee daily operational duties related to training and development.Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop the Annual Training Calendar for in-house training; prepare the Training Budget accordingly.Implement and coordinate all training and development programs as per Training Calendar plan. Identify and recommend suitable courses and programs for various categories of employees.Develop assessment tools and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement. Maintain and systematically update records of all In-House and External training activities, as well as staff personal training records.Assess and select external training providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.Conduct Induction briefing to new staff and facilitate soft skills refresher courses (short session).Regularly review and update Training Policies.Foster a learning culture across the organization.Manage HRD claims to maximize the training benefits while staying updated on the latest news and announcements from HRD Corp.Responsible for other duties and functions stipulated in the QMS documents.Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time. Requirements: At least a Bachelor's degree in a field related to human development or equivalent qualification.Minimum eight (8) years of relevant working experience.Strong ability to conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify training requirements.Proven skills in planning, executing, and evaluating training programs.Excellent relationship-building skill and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to foster a positive learning and working environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Possess Train The Trainer certificate would be an added advantage.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
