Manager, Leasing

This is a full-time role at Tim Hortons Malaysia. To lead and support the organization in retail leasing, planning, and tenancy administration. The Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the leasing function, ensuring the development and execution of effective leasing strategies, tenant attraction and retention, and optimal tenant mix in alignment with the business plan.

; Requirements:- Job Responsibilities 



-Oversee the entire leasing process, from initial contact to final agreement.  


-Ensure that all leasing and tenancy matters are handled efficiently and professionally. 


-Conduct market research on current market demands, industry trends, competitive pricing, and local market sentiments. 


-Oversee the end-to-end leasing process, including prospecting, marketing, property viewings, negotiating terms, and closing deals. 


-Build and manage relationships with agents, prospects, tenants, and stakeholders 


-Work closely with various departments within the Retail Division, including Operations, Marketing Communications, Fit Out and Facilities, Finance, and Legal, to ensure a seamless leasing process. 


-Manage the negotiation and execution of leases and contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and collaborate with lawyers to draft standard tenancy agreements

Skills And Experience Required 



-Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 


-8-10 years of experience in property leasing and/or sales, with a proven track record 


-Driven, ambitious, and assertive character 


-Strong communication skills and leadership qualities 

 Qualifications 



-Strong network in retail development areas  


-Strong communication and interpersonal skills 


-Experience in budgeting and financial management 


-Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams 


-Knowledge of local regulations and building codes 


-Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry 


-Willing to travel  


-Bachelor's degree in related fields. 


-Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay 


-Well organized, meticulous and able to work independently  


-Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines  


-Applicants must be willing to work in TTDI  


-Own vehicle and driving license


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
