Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and growing legal support function?
We are seeking a Legal Support Team Manager to join our APAC Shared Services Centre in Malaysia.

About the Role:
As the Legal Support Team Manager (LSM), you will oversee the Legal Support Assistant (LSA) team, ensuring they provide top-notch administrative casework support to our dispersed case teams.
Your leadership will be crucial in delivering excellent service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Guide and manage the LSA team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region, ensuring open lines of communication.
Process Improvement: Work with various corporate support teams to identify risks and opportunities, recommending improvements to processes, workflows, and operating models.
Training & Development: Coordinate training for the LSA team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet client and regulatory requirements.
Quality Control: Collaborate with the QC lead to establish and maintain quality control standards.
Communication: Effectively communicate across cultures and mediums, demonstrating empathy and conflict resolution skills.
What We're Looking For:
You will be an experienced manager who comes with at least 5 years of excellent people management and stakeholder management experiences in a shared services operational environment.
It would be advantageous if you come with good understanding of the corporation immigration workflow in the region.
With a positive and driven mindset, you will demonstrate strong ability to build a high performing team that could meet high volume demands from the business in a fast-paced setting.
You will be a strong collaborator to work across diverse teams and departments and be adept to changes and progresses.
