Office Management (Administration & Office Support)
Developing and administering operations' plans and procedures.
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the operations team.
Developing and implementing operations strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Directly involved in marketing and project teams in project deliverables related matters.
Oversee close liaison with the finance department on client/customer billing.
Manage day-to-day operations and coordination. Manage and monitor the working of various departments in the organization to provide full operation support to Operation and Sales teams and work closely to ensure smooth running of the team's operations.
Set up and coordinate meetings with prospects to prepare necessary quotations and other relevant documents and manage the servicing of existing clients.
Manage and control operational budgets.
Develop the improvement of processes and policies in support of organization goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to increase employees' morale and performance.
Perform site inspections on a regular basis.
Delegation of tasks and accountabilities, oversee work schedules, and monitor & evaluate staff performance.
Oversee and improve the efficiency of support services such as HR, Admin, and finance and facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
Be responsible for liaising with Management to assist in the development of strategic plans and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for operational activity.
Manage and oversee the preparation of necessary reports of service, checklists, equipment, etc., to ensure smooth running and planning of daily operations.
Responsible for the development of a full set of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the operations department.
To implement, maintain & comply with Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures and relevant requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
Perform any other relevant duties of the Company as and when required.
