Responsibilities & Duties
Develop and lead the overall performanceand compensation and benefits strategy for the organization, in alignment with business objectives and competitive market practices.
Design and implement innovative compensation structures, including base salary, variable pay, equity plans, and executive compensation packages.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies and others.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in for compensation and benefits programs.
Provide guidance and expertise on performance and compensation-related matters, such as job evaluations, salary structures, promotions, and retention strategies.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Stay informed about legislative changes and industry trends related to compensation and benefits, recommending necessary updates to policies and programs.
Lead the annual performance review process, working closely with business leaders to ensure effective performance management and merit increase programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefits Professional) are preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in a senior-level compensation and benefits role, preferably in a large organization or multinational company.
Deep knowledge of compensation program design, job evaluation methodologies, salary structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation practices.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends to drive informed decision-making.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Work location can be based in Klang or Bangi.#J-18808-Ljbffr
