The Branch Sales Analytics's key responsibility is to perform sales planning function which covers sales performance tracking and MIS / analytics, sales initiatives/projects conducted by Management from time to time in relation to branches in alignment to business goals and objectives Sales & Service Facilitating the preparation of periodical reporting requirements to support the business growth which covers: Monthly business analysis and reporting pack. Facilitating the formulation and preparation of the annual budget as well as the periodical projections / forecast for Monthly meetings & HO meetings. Tracking of sales performance, dashboard & productivity; providing trend analysis to give value to RCMs for actions - Sales performance & productivity, Branch profitability - Resources planning (staff capacity), BM / CSOM vacancies, Sales Staff headcount update on recruitment / resignation Set-up meeting for General Manager and Regionalmunity Managers. Prepare meeting agenda and presentation material for RCM meeting. General administrative work including staff annual & other leave, expenses claims & payments to caterer and coordinate/monitor office expenses in term of purchases, stocks and payments ( photocopy papers, stationery) and etc. To carry out any other duties directed by the superior from time to time. Any other task / ad-hoc project/activities deemed necessary Working alongside Business to provide input and support on sales campaigns to boost sales, Perform Management reporting (periodical and ad-hoc) Managerial Creating a conducive working environment among team members Embedding openmunication, transparency & fairness Exhibiting responsible behavior and providing highest standards of professional etiquette Seeking continuous learning opportunity and improvement in product and operations knowledge to enhance job skills andpetency or also via job rotation / new assignments Requirements Education/Qualification Malaysian citizen Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Finance/Mathematics/Economics/Business/Engineering preferred Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in business with proven experience in data analytics. Good Understanding of Credit Risk Management and Decision Science / Analytics will be an added advantage. Special Skills Basic banking knowledge High level of integrity and accountability Excellent service mindset andmunication skills and cross selling skills Professional appearance and courtesy Certification/Licensing Requirements (optional) FIMM / UT license PCE & TBE license
