If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us… Develop, execute and manage marketing campaigns end-to-end to drive acquisition of online banking users and mobile application downloads as well as usage & transactions on both platforms. This includes preparing business paper for budget approval, proposing campaign ideas and mechanics, development of campaign's terms and conditions, getting marketing material reviews and approvals from relevant stakeholders as well as liaising with relevant parties for prizes and rewards fulfilment post campaign. Monitor and optimise performance of the campaign using all data source available including publicly available sources. Work with internal analytic team and the bank's business intelligence and analytic team to analyse marketing campaigns / digital acquisition initiatives using data available from various sources and prepare report of campaign performance and learnings to improve future campaigns. Raise requirements for development & enhancement of online and mobile banking features if they are deemed necessary in driving acquisition / usage.
