Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities.
That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:Manage a collective team of Pricing Executives, Senior Executives, and contractors to deliver accurate rate reconciliation for all airway bills flown within Teleport's systems for daily and month-end reconciliations.
Develop and strategize the roadmap for relevant pricing management reports, including daily reconciliation statuses, rate type utilization, and spot rate review reports.
Define and manage all pricing logics and prioritizations within our Cargo Management System.
Lead and participate in transformation projects to improve the efficacy of our existing Pricing and Cargo Management System.
Define and maintain Teleport's Minimum Selling Rate (MSR) to provide up-to-date sales steering and pricing control functions to our sales and distribution channels.
Participate in periodical reviews with Contracts and Finance to drive cost optimization and review sessions to ensure competitive pricing within market parameters.RequirementsREQUIREMENTSThese are minimum-requirement skills and a 'must-have' for the role:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or logistics operations, with 3 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in Cargo Management Systems, pricing tools, and advanced Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in pricing models and reconciliation processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
