Manager - Product Planning

**Responsibilities**:- Develop product proposals for long/short term by defining product specifications and pricing.- Price proposal: Propose targeted vehicle operating profit met with feasibility studies- Propose and coordinate product specifications and accessories for lifecycle model and special edition / new edition.- Coordinate and organize market research activities e.g. surveys, car clinics, test drive and analyze the result.- To carry out any other related job functions as required by immediate supervisor or MMM management.**Requirements**:- Degree from a reputable university preferably in Business / Marketing / Engineering or any relevant- Automotive product knowledge- Meticulous & reliable in both approach to work and personal attitude- Good general business acumen.- High accuracy and attention to details and excellent organizational skills. - Market trend analysis and forecasting skills- Strong communication and coordination, proactiveness, planning and execution ability - Involved in some level of project management- Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft TeamsPay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary?- How long is your notice period?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Product Planning: 2 years (preferred)
