1.Job Purpose & ScopeResponsible for the management and financial growth of the allocated product portfolio within ROCKWOOL Asia region by developing and implementing regional product marketing strategies, managing product portfolio, leading new products development to ensure strong pipeline of new products, providing strategic segment direction and operational marketing support.To develop and maintain a strong network with key stakeholders, internal and external and of the organization, so as to be able to implement marketing strategies effectively while considering market and customer needs.To represent the organization as the segment representative for external engagements, seminars and trainings.2.Key Result AreasImplement and deliver a product portfolio cater for the allocated product portfolio that encompasses a series of products offerings that is relevant and competitive based on market and customer needs.Develop product road map within the allocated product portfolio and deliver new products from the identified product gaps and market needs.Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for the allocated product portfolio and ensuring strategies are aligned with Sales/ business strategies.Analyse market trends and outlook of the allocated product portfolio based on market intelligence, macro and micro economic factors, regulatory environment, competitive landscape, etc.Ensure a synchronized and good level of product knowledge and applications within the internal organization across the region.Accounts for the sales budget of allocated product portfolio and drive necessary plans/actions in order to achieve the sales budget.3.Key Responsibilities & Job ContentDeliver, maintain ownership and manage the lifecycle of the product range within the product portfolio, including new product development.Design product hierarchy and structure for the product portfolio of the allocated product portfolio.Identify gaps arise from product range or market needs and drive new product development.Maintenance of current product range through the management of New Articles.Identify & prioritize countries for the product portfolio and develop go to market strategies.Implement product marketing strategies in collaboration with country marketing manager and Sales department.Develop pricing structure based on product profitability and product position while ensure financial growth of the products.Troubleshoot, identify and resolve business and technical gaps and issues that impede the financial growth and development of the products by collaborating with internal and cross-departmental colleagues.Operate and lead in cross functional environment for product development projects, business development work, implementation of go-to-market strategies with other functions such as sales, operations, customer service, etc..Develop and maintain pricing and discount structure for assigned product portfolio.Monitor and update relevant competitors' information with market analyst and develop any appropriate actions.Develop advertising and promotion programme and seminars as part of the marketing strategies to build market awareness for the products.Understand factory and product capabilities to deliver and offer relevant and state-of-art products to the market.Ensure competencies of the organization on the knowledge of the product portfolio by conducting trainings and ensuring correct and effective tools, platform and collaterals available to the Sales and Specifiers for marketing the products.
