Manager- Project

Responsible for overall construction management and to lead the project team to complete the assigned project in timely and effective manner according to Company's requirements.To liaise with Consultants on technical matters in relation to construction works.To evaluate and monitor Contractor's performance.To attend Head of Project Meeting, Site Meeting and Client Consultant Meeting.To monitor cash flow projections on regular basis.To establish site management manual for implementation of project.To ensure compliance with Occupation, Safety & Health regulation.To develop good rapport with local authorities and neighboring residents. Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management / Architecture or any other qualifications related to building or construction industries.At least 10 years working experience in similar capacity with exposure to high rise residential or commercial projects, housing schemes and infra works.Has proven track record of completing the projects within budget, time frame and quality achieved.Independent, proactive, technically competent and team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.Possesses teamwork spirit, problem solving skills and able to work independently.
