Core Roles Accountable for all aspects of project including supply management, project controls, project margin, design & planning management.Ensuring specific/ identified projects are delivered on time and within budget.Ensure optimal utilization of resources and projects are implemented within budget.Accountable for the monitoring of plan submission and approval with the authorities and advising on infrastructure requirements, assessment of engineering designs and tender documentation for all assigned projects. To review on the design and implement value engineering before finalizing the drawing and the details design prior tendering to meet all aspect of design requirements and to ensure smooth implementation of construction works and cost savings.Schedule and ensure that all appropriate tender drawings and documents be prepared by consultants in accordance to the approved drawings and/or company's briefs.To involve and implement pre-tender, interviews, award and contract binding.Prepare and present feasibility study and financial budgets. This includes plan and develop construction programme for new projects.To ensure construction sequence of work are to follow S& P stages of billing and expedite follow-up stage billing to the Architect and with certification billing to purchasers.Accountable for the implementation and compliance to the approved quality, occupational safety, health and environment standards towards meeting customers' expectations and fulfilling regulatory requirements.To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate. Requirements Bachelor in Civil engineer, Construction Management, Property Development or any equivalent discipline. Preferably with eight (8) years of working experience in technical design, site supervision and management of building construction site. Familiarity in construction industry related issues. Posses a flair for property development, complete project cycle and strategic master planning including other aspects like marketing, feasibility studies, project management, and authorities liaison.Understanding of financial aspects of property development and construction and ability to monitor progress against project cash flow and expenditure.A team player, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and able to work under minimum supervisionPossess good knowledge on project management.Ability to manage and supervise related engineering and architectural works.Possess initiative and good leadership.Ability to resolve detailing problems at site.Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry.Resolves and escalates issues in a timely fashion.Manage to process of innovative change effectively.Computer literate (Microsoft office 365, Microsoft Project)Good interpersonal and communication skills.Possess own transport and able to work in Seremban Forest Heights.
