Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
The manager shall be required to undertake the following responsibilities:
Communicate with head of property, end user to understand the user requirement and provide proposal/solutions to their needs.
Liaising with consultant/contractor for the preparation tender and quotation on the project work required.
Conduct evaluation on the quotation/tender submission and make recommendation on the feasibilities.
Preparation of Purchase order, contract, invoice processing using company e-procurement platform.
Conduct risk assessment and performance evaluation on vendor.
Liaise with end user/other team member on the project work coordination for on time completion of the reno work.
Record fix asset and maintain project documentation for auditor purpose.
Liaise with consultant, vendor, H&S department, building management and landlords for work permit and license/plan submission to the relevant authorities.
Budget tracking and preparation of post implementation report for each project completed.
Provide support to other project team/department.
Job Specification:
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering/Science in project management/QS/building survey/civil Engineering/building science/architecture.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years related working experience in similar capacity.
Knowledge:
AutoCAD.
Microsoft office 365.
Project scheduling.
Defect checking.
H&S knowledge.
