Job Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing quotations and tenders.
Able to advise suitable and effective strategies, skills, and methods in tender pricing.
Monitor all variation orders to ensure they are well recorded and claimed.
Verify and control costs of all suppliers, sub-contractors, workers, etc., including project claims and expenses within the budget.
Prepare pre and post project budgets, progress claims, projected cash flow, tender documentation, and final accounts.
Ensure every progress claim, certification, and invoice to clients are issued in a timely manner.
Monitor all contractual records with clients and suppliers to protect the company's interests at all times.
Source, negotiate, and coordinate between suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers, and vendors.
Undertake other assigned tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Experience in interior design QS.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
At least a Diploma holder in a related field.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
