Manager – Sales & Business Development

Roles:



-Sales Strategy: To develop, oversee and implement comprehensive sales strategies across entire sales pillar, encompassing multiple segments and channels.


-Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.


-Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.


-Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients through various sales and marketing initiatives.


-Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.


-Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.


-Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.


-Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development initiatives.


-Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales and business development activities and prepare regular reports for senior management.


-Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and build a strong professional network.


-Business Growth: Work together with project head(s) and management to deliver business objectives

Job Requirements:



-?Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communications / Advertising / Media or equivalent.


-?At least 2-3 year experience in a similar role.


-Strong understanding of business development and sales principles.


-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


-Ability to work independently and with a team to meet tight deadlines.


-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


-?Innovation mentality and resourcefulness.


-?Strong communication skills, spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Knowledge in Mandarin or Cantonese language will be added advantage).


-Available to work on weekends and public holidays during Exhibition days.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
