If you are looking to grow in an exciting career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking a professional to join our team as Manager, Sales Support. The Role: To lead both Policy Setup team and RPA team in meeting and exceeding operational TATs and SLAs. To guide the team and performing policy setup according to schedule of benefits and client information. To provide good sales support services to sales team and the management in achieving sales target. To attend to all urgent requests and help to solveplaint from clients and stakeholders. To lead and guide in system enhancements requirements, run UATs and act as Subject Matter Experts to provide inputs To guide, raise and lead system enhancements topletion. To provide guidance, design and lead the team to propose and implement process improvement and process reengineering to enhance team's ability to meet and exceed TAT/SLA. As part of the leadership team, work with key stakeholders to proactively shape the organisation's culture and conduct environment that is aligned to the organisation's Core Values Champion culture and conduct behavioral expectations within the Department/Division Take accountability in considering business and regulatorypliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatorypliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard thepany Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices Other responsibilities entailed The Person: Preferably tertiary qualification in Business, Administrative, Finance, Economics or Insurance Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience Highly skilled in EB systems like G400 and processes Demonstrated ability to improve processes in a fast paced environment Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint and possess good analytical skills in basic statistics Possess good leadership skills, interpersonal skill, problem solving, sense of urgency Able to work independently and a good team player Demonstrates alignment with the organisation's core values through expected behaviours High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork. Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
