The Scholarship Manager leads the Scholarship and Study Loans office which is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and reporting of coursework scholarships, bursaries, sponsorships, and study loans.
The Manager oversees and manages the operations, business processes, performance, and service delivery of the unit.
The incumbent also provides advice and support to team members ensuring the team provides accurate advice, exemplary customer service, and operates effectively and efficiently.
Reporting line:The position reports to the Senior Manager, Student Administration under general direction.
