Manager/Senior Exec Marketing (Hq Ayer Itam, Penang)

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for assigned products to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer needs, and opportunities for growth.
Utilize insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and effective communication across all channels.
Design, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, print, etc.)
to achieve defined KPIs and ROI targets.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives and product positioning.
Manage the marketing budget for assigned products, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenses.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Strengthen brand equity through consistent messaging, innovative promotional strategies, and effective use of marketing tools.
