Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the ISO certification process for the organization.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR-related ISO policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards by conducting regular audits and reviews of HR practices.
Provide training and awareness sessions for employees on ISO standards and requirements.
Collaborate with department heads to document processes and ensure adherence to ISO standards.
Manage external audits, acting as the main point of contact for auditors.
Handle recruitment, documentation, and onboarding for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with immigration and labor laws.
Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., immigration offices, labor departments) to manage work permits, visa renewals, and compliance matters.
Maintain accurate records of foreign workers, including contracts, permits, and health and safety documentation.
Organize cultural integration programs to promote inclusivity and harmony in the workplace.
Ensure proper accommodation and welfare support for foreign workers, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
HR Operations Management:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Develop and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with current labor laws and organizational goals.
Manage employee records, contracts, and related documentation.
Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
Promote employee engagement initiatives and manage conflict resolution processes.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
Facilitate workshops and sessions related to ISO and HR policies.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure the organization adheres to employment laws, health and safety standards, and industry-specific regulations.
Mitigate risks related to HR and ISO non-compliance by proactive management and monitoring.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with exposure to ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or similar) preferred.
Proven experience in policy development, process improvement, and compliance management.
Excellent understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Certifications:
Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, etc.) is an advantage.
