The Manager Talent Acquisition will oversee and lead the recruitment strategy and ensure we attract, engage, and hire top talent that aligns with our University's vision and values.
The incumbent will lead a team of talent acquisition professionals to shape our employer brand, drive hiring efficiencies, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
The Manager Talent Acquisition will partner with stakeholders and hiring managers, optimize talent acquisition systems and tools, and maintain compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
Reporting line: The position reports to the HR Director under broad direction.
