Role Purpose:
The T&E Manager serves as a bridge between T&E and the business, working closely with leadership to support and implement effective T&E strategies.
They offer insights and expertise on human capital management, aligning T&E activities with the organization's strategic objectives.
The T&E Manager's role involves acting as a trusted advisor and change agent, helping to improve business performance through the lens of talent and people management.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
Work closely with respective business leaders on annual manpower budget planning
Develop policies & procedures in relation to the employee life cycle
Ensure that payroll is executed in a timely and accurate manner
Assist the T&E Lead in providing the attrition report for management business analysis
Provide updates and constant feedback on any local legislation changes that has direct and indirect impact on T&E related matters and where appropriate suggest and work on proposals on solutions
Manage the SAP data integrity and work closely with the Regional COE to improve functionality of the system
Developing and leading the T&E team in providing a professional and customer focused T&E service/support
Identify the competency gap in the team – plan for meeting future skill needs
Assist the T&E Country Lead on the implementing and developing LUXASIA's T&E-processes; Employer Branding, Recruitment, Remuneration, Competence Development, Management Planning and Supportive processes within the organisation
Development and implementation of the organisation's employment framework (policies, procedures, processes and contracts), creating an environment where people want to deliver excellence and creating a strong Employer Brand
Operational support to managers with local staff/employee related issues
Assist the T&E Country Lead developing a comprehensive T&E toolkit and methods which assists managers in providing leadership and management to their staff
Promote LUXASIA's core values within the organisation
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Work closely with the Regional COE on ensuring that market competitiveness of our C&B policies, practices and philosophies
Where necessary, support in the onboarding and influencing the mindshare of the local leaders and employees on the benefits and the necessities of programs and initiatives
Ensure benefits processes are administered on a timely and appropriate manner for income tax reporting
Training Administration
Ensure all matters related to course registrations are administered in smooth enrolment process, including attend to email enquiries, filing of records, coordinate travel logistics for overseas etc.
Oversee preparation on actual training day
Work closely with T&E Country Lead to develop the Training Calendar
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HR processes and competent HRIS user.
Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
Knowledge and hands-on experience with HR programs (e.g., Succession management, career development, performance management, fit assessment)
High energy and superb follow-through

Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources with a minimum 8 years relevant working experience, with team management
Experience managing and overseeing payroll operations
Experience handling IR matters would be advantageous
Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of the various HRIS system and SAP
