Job Summary
A top-tier management consulting firm is seeking Managers with strategy development, relevant industry knowledge, and client engagement skills to join their consulting practice in Malaysia to work on highly challenging and impactful projects across SEA.Key Responsibilities
Manage client projects, lead consultant teams, ensure progress, deliver quality results, and adhere to budgets and schedules.
Effectively lead and develop talented professionals in a matrixed work environment.
Demonstrate subject matter expertise in strategy, operations and/or organizational effectiveness within target industry sector.
Collaborate with clients, consult on and manage day-to-day project direction, ensure team efficiency, and deliver superior outcomes.
Foster an entrepreneurial spirit, provide hands-on experiences, and follow a tailored approach to performance management.
Candidate Requirements
MBA graduates from top-tier institutions are strongly preferred.
Five to eight years of progressive work experience with Fortune 500 companies.
Prior consulting experience mandatory, preferably at a top-tier management consulting firm.
Previous experience in leading and managing teams.
Work experience in operations, strategy/marketing/sales, and organization and transformation.
Experience in one of the following industries: automotive and transportation, communications, media and technology, consumer products and retail, energy and process industries, or utilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
