With our head office in Rochester, New York, USA, Sutherland spans 60 location across 19 countries supporting 8 industries, focusing on delivering results that businesses can see, resulting in improved experiences that their customers can feel.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Handling member contacts directed through queues relating to the Client website as well as the Technician 1 skillset, resolving level-one inquiries.- To utilize all client-provided independent resources and tools exclusively, including, but not limited to the internal and external- To follow standard operating procedures in taking thorough notes within the CRM system, following all guidelines and processes related to ticket management duties, including proper dispositioning, linking, assignment, categorization, and timely follow-up necessary to bring all cases to resolution.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**- Mandarin speakers (supporting China and Hong Kong Region)- Working knowledge of English is required to complete training and document cases.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Early shift- Rotational shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
