Benefits: RM 2,500 RM 3,500++ Allowance Bonus twice a year Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone, email & face to face.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Maintain customer databases.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Preparation of daily/monthly/annual reports.
Requirements: Possess a good command of Mandarin & English in both written and verbal forms.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
Willing to work multitask and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Excellent computer skills and Excel spreadsheet experience.
