Account


-Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.


-Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.


-Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.


-Assist in tax preparation, audits, and compliance with financial regulations.


-Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.


-Maintain accurate and organized financial records.


-Support the finance team with other accounting-related tasks as needed.

Admin


-Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.


-Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all items are well-stocked.


-Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.


-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.


-Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.


-Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.


-Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external parties.


-Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and payroll processing.

Operation:


-Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.


-Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes.


-Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.


-Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.


-Manage logistics, supply chain activities, and inventory control.


-Assist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives.


-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


-Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management.


-Willing to work at Puncak Jalil.


-Have own transport.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.


-Experience in operations management or a similar role.


-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


-Proficiency in MS Office and operations management software.

-Strong leadership and communication skills.


-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
