-Collaborate with the operations team to optimize advertising visuals and design interactive experiences for the company's various online platforms (Google, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
-Design various print materials, including but not limited to visual identity (VI), brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.
-Work with the Content Marketing Team to generate creative ideas, design concepts, and campaign initiatives.
-Monitor industry trends to ensure our creative strategy and product remain leading edge.
-Continually optimize creative assets based on A/B testing results.
-Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
-Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks, and related duties as required.

; Requirements:-
-At least 2 years of working experience in visual communication, multimedia design, online advertising design, preferably with a digital agency background.
-An impressive design portfolio, demonstrating extensive digital experience (only applications accompanied by a relevant work portfolio will be considered).
-Strong graphic and visual sense, with a keen eye for aesthetics, including layout, grid systems, color, and typography.
-Strong understanding of the latest design trends and digital optimization technology.
-Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
-Knowledge of prototyping tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, and Figma is a huge advantage.
-Good team player with a positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and accountability.
-Ability to work methodically, with a can-do attitude, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
-Required languages: Mandarin and English (read and write - compulsory) due to business needs.
