Role: -Human Resource -Business Administration -Finance/Account Job Description -Assist in specific tasks relevant to the department.
-Completing all assigned tasks by supervisor and assisting with day-to-day operations.
-Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
-Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
-Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
-Preparing documents and updating records.
-Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
-Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects.
-Help maintain and update database.
-Perform administrative tasks as needed.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various initiatives.
