Manufacturing Associate 3

Summary: The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for performing various activities to produce subassemblies, WIP products, and finished goods in support of engineering/R&D projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Operates hand tools, or production equipment.Assembles products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.Execute redline experimental requests (ERs) independently.Complete and review associated documents.Compile and report yield and rejection data on a regular basis.Maintain product traceability and reject tracking.Proficient with Agile.Train new employees.Able to work in multiple areas/production lines throughout the workday or work week without oversight from Trainer or other experienced Manufacturing Associates.Provide feedback to supervisor and engineering teams.
Able to describe processes to cross-function visitors.Follow and enforce GMP guidelines.This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.Education Requirements: Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.Experience in GMP environment
