We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help us implement manufacturing processes that result in high-quality products that come with productivity.
You need to have good knowledge of lean manufacturing assembly process and methods. Other necessary manufacturing engineer skills include project management ability, commitment to quality, and familiarity with safety and environmental standards.
Ultimately, you'll be the one to ensure our production lines work efficiently and effectively to satisfy our customers OTD ( On Time Delivery )
Responsibilities: Evaluate manufacturing assembly processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed.Study assembly lean manufacturing requirementsDevelop lean manufacturing assembly process to reduce wastages.Develop and optimise assembly work instruction. Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.Develop manufacturing assembly cycle time and productivity improvement. Optimize assembly floor layouts, production lines, assembly operations.Resolve quality issues in assembly, test operation and delays in production.Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality and productivity.Train staff in new and existing processes, working instruction method.Collaborate with other engineers, contractors and suppliers.Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.Requirements and skills Fresh graduated or previous experience as a manufacturing assembly engineer or similar role.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production build plan.Familiarity with assembly manufacturing and quality assurance techniques.Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulationsWell-versed in relevant software (e.g. CAD, MS Office)Project management skillsProblem-solving abilityProduction planning capabilityTeamwork skillsAbility to occasionally work late shiftsDegree in Mechatronic / Mechanical / electrical Engineering.
