Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Description Lead a team of manufacturing engineers in providing engineering support in manufacturing of high-quality lab analysis equipment.Establish monitoring mechanism to KPIs (yield, NCM) and drive the team towards meeting them in addressing disruptions in production and ensuring continuous improvement.Optimize engineering processes and manage engineering resources efficiently to meet organization goals in improving efficiency and manufacturing costs.Manage escalations and work closely with cross functional teams in sustaining operations excellence and improving customers satisfaction.Strategize and plan for initiatives to meet organization goals and work closely with the manufacturing team in the execution of the initiatives.Develop competencies and skillsets among the manufacturing engineers for continuous value enhancement of the team to the organization, responsible for career development of the team.Lead and drive strategic projects as required, including NPI and Product Transfers.QualificationsMinimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment of electronics & medical instruments with good understanding of manufacturing operation across relevant functions.Familiar with ISO9001 & ISO13485.Good communication and people skills - able to work with cross functional team objectively to meet organization goals.Agilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
