Manufacturing Operation Engineer

Products BOM update and cost verification.
Drive cost reduction projects through optimization processes, lean manufacturing, and automation.
Continuous improvement and elimination of production waste through ongoing analysis.
Driving waste improvement through 8D projects, value stream mapping.
Develop and validate system to reduce or eliminate manual administration.
Lead 5S and visual management.
Label coordinator for the label system.
Monitor quarantine materials and work with engineers on the root cause of the investigation.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in engineering mechanical/science or equivalent.
Have at least 2 years of related working experience, preferably Medical Device Industry.
Knowledgeable on effective and efficient product manufacturing processes.
Have strong communication skills, proficient in written and spoken English.
Able to work independently, be structured and systematic.
Able to work in a cross-cultural team.
