Responsibilities Team Leadership and Management: -Oversee a team of supervisors and production staff, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
-Address team challenges, promote skill development, and manage performance through coaching and mentoring.
Strategic Planning: -Develop and execute the production plan aligned with operational targets and company goals.
-Forecast resource requirements (materials, personnel and equipment) and plan for capacity needs based on demand and future projections.
Operational Oversight: -Monitor daily operations, ensuring production efficiency, adherence to schedules, and minimal downtime.
-Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly, using systemic analysis to avoid recurring bottlenecks.
Continuous Improvement: -Implement Lean or Six Sigma practices to optimize processes and improve productivity.
-Review and analyze production metrics, foster staff engagement in continuous improvement efforts, and implement changes based on feedback and data.
Quality Assurance and Compliance: -Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
-Drive initiatives to uphold ISO or equivalent certifications.
Collaboration and Communication: -Liaise with engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams to align production goals.

-Experience in RFID card manufacturing and assembly is an added advantage.
-Experience with plastic injection molding is beneficial.
