Manufacturing Supervisor

Supervise a group of manufacturing specialists in daily routines to meet organization's goals.
Internalize positive work culture and implement to ensure high standard of housekeeping of machine and vicinity.
Handling grievance, complaints, employee problem and disciplinary issue through effective counseling.
Carry out investigation on maverick lots in a expeditious manner to minimize the impact of problem through immediate containment and recall any lots shipped out of factory with the help of QA/equipment/process engineering.
Facilitate continuous improvement on process simplification, labor productivity and cost reduction.
Ensure conformance to the quality system requirement (FMEA, Control plan).
Ensure positive and effective communication.
Identify training needs of MS to enhance their job competencies.
Manage inventory control of all the stock items to meet department budget and in cases where there is over usage, need to investigate the cause and define preventive action.
Maintain safe work practices.
Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes (RBA, SOX or internal control) and ensure compliance in the work area.
Encourage workers and or to report any kind of violations relating to labour, ethics and EHS.
Other duties as assigned.
Diploma/Degree in related field.
Minimum of 5 years working experience at Photo area.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
