Working in a self-directed work team environment to achieve daily goals.
Responsible for operating tools to process wafers through the applicable stage in the manufacturing process.
Responsible on lots disposition for device team by following device engineering OCAP and device engineering team instructions.
Interfacing with computer systems to perform job duties.
Identify potential issues and provide feedback for ongoing improvement.
Performing all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and programs.
Obtains and maintains all required skill certifications.
Is responsible for maintaining and monitoring 5S and of all clean room protocols.
Must assure compliance with all safety standards and participate in monitoring them.
Must be able to utilize computer aided manufacturing such as Workstream and Cold Fusion for communication, data recording and report extraction.
May perform other duties as assigned by management.
Marginal Functions· Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.· May be required to aid in the training of new employees or lesser skilled employees.
Requirements: SPM or equivalent.
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal).
Must be able to work a 12-hour shift in a clean-room environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work with a variety of chemicals and gases.
