Overseeing and monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure the production of high-quality mechanical components.
Collaborating with production teams to implement engineering changes.
Ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications during production.
Support production in achieving daily output by addressing any product downtime.
If there is an OT plan, it must align with and support the production timeframe.
Documentation
Preparing technical investigations reports, and documentation related to projects/Control run.
Assisting with the development of user manuals and training materials (Update and improve the WI based on day-to-day issues).
The person will communicate with customers in English and handle production tools in English (must have basic English background).
Working closely with mechanical engineers, other technicians, and cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
Supporting quality assurance and control activities to ensure products meet design standards.
