Marcom / Customer Relations Executive

The Marcom/Customer Relations Executive is responsible for supporting the Marcom Team in executing effective communication strategies to enhance the company's public image and reputation.
This role involves providing assistance in customer service, copywriting, and supporting routine office tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the Marcom department.
Responsibilities:
A) Customer Service Support:Assist in handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
Liaise with customers to address their concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with the customer service team to maintain high service standards.B) Copywriting and Content Creation:Assist in creating engaging and persuasive copy for press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Draft and edit content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
Ensure all communication materials are aligned with the brand's tone and messaging.C) Media Relations Support:Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers.
Monitor media coverage and compile media reports for review by the PR Manager.
Coordinate media interviews and press conferences.D) Event Coordination:Support in the planning and execution of PR events, product launches, and media engagements.
Assist in coordinating logistics, invitations, and guest lists for events.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.E) Administrative and Office Support:Assist the PR Manager with routine administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
Maintain media databases and PR contact lists up to date.
Help with tracking and organizing PR materials and resources.F) Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify PR opportunities and industry trends.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on research findings.G) Handling of Menu at In-House & Third Party Platform:Manage products & ensure right pricing is up to date at physical & digital menu and at various eateries ordering platforms such as Oddle, FoodPanda, GrabFood & EASI.H) Support In-House Office:Liaising with Purchasing team for routine print such as napkins & birthday material.
Liaising with HR team on the recruitment poster task.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially Mandarin is a plus point.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of media relations and public relations principles.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Knowledge of social media platforms is a plus.
Support office tasks as needed.
