Marine Survey Geophysicist – Student Internship 2025 (Office-Based)
Location: Office Based, Data Centre, Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia.
Level 21, Menara TA one, Jalan P Ramlee, KL.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Geophysicist is a member of the client deliverables team and is responsible for managing geoscience reporting projects, supervising project teams, and interpreting and reporting geophysical survey data in accordance with documented procedures and work instructions.
Interns will assist the Team Leader in coordinating activities within the department, managing and collating geo-related data, and generating client deliverables.
Basic Requirements:
At least 18 years of age.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Geophysics, Geology, Oceanography (Physical), or a closely related discipline.
Current level in University/College: Sophomore through Senior or Graduate Student.
A minimum cumulative and Major GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
An interest and some experience in ERSI ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and data processing software packages.
A minimum of ten (10) continuous weeks of availability for the internship.
Candidates must have the right to live and intern in Malaysia.
