KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct interview/focus group/workshop sessions Identify and analyse research capabilities and trends Identify and analyse industry trends using scientific research methodologies Write research reports MANDATORY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience in market research (e.g. survey questionnaire, focus group study, customer interview sessions, workshopping, etc) Experience in Takaful related products, customer journey, processes, etc Experience in sales & marketing & campaigning of insurance products (preferably Takaful) - e.g. previous job as insurance agent/broker, etc Experience in change management related work (not necessary to have project management experience) Experience in market sizing or customer population stratification (in order to do quantitative data analysis/research methodology) Experience in analysing customer sentiment/persistency, etc (in order to do qualitative data analysis/research methodology) Experience in data analytics 3 roles are available for junior, senior and SME level WHY JOIN CAPCO?
